We're number two!
I knew DC was a difficult city, so I borrowed a GPS tracker to help me find my way. What the poor little GPS didn't know was that so many streets changed during certain hours (when you could turn/not turn, etc).
I was ready to toss that sucker into the Potomac.
San Fran doesn't strike me as that bad. Berkeley is worse: many streets are one-way or blocked off because of neighborhood complaints, so you may never arrive at a spot if it's residential. Pittsburgh is also terribly difficult, because few roads go straight, and many change names for no reason.
We're number nine!
