NEWARK, N.J. -- Former Gov. James E. McGreevey, a former Roman Catholic altar boy who resigned from office last year after acknowledging a gay affair, says he now attends Episcopal services. [full story]

Because now it's ok to be an active homosexual and be a member of the Episcopal church.

My question: what does being an altar boy have to do with it?

An easy swipe at the Church.

They could have said, "a former Boy Scout", or "a practicing Sodomite".

At least we won't have to question whether he will receive communion at the local Catholic Church.

It looks like the Episcopal Church is about to become what many of its members have always wanted it to become--a branch of the Catholic Church--But did they want it to become the official Gay Branch???
