Passiontide Fast for Terri

Several readers, independently of one another, will be fasting until Easter for Terri. I think this is a splendid idea.

I am joining in. One of my friends suggested praying to Mother Teresa. Both her and Terri (Teresa) have the same name. Also, Mother Terese so heroically practiceds the corporal works of mercy which so basically state to feed the hungry and give drink to the thristy.
Thanks too for all the news that you have provided on Terri over the last year. I heard only ten blog sites mentioned her four months ago and now it is 400. I am sure that your site was one of the ten.

I'll with you, Alison--but you must have water--please make sure of that.

Since they pulled Terri tube I have been on an "in sympathy" hunger strike, as I feel the pangs it is a constant reminder that Terri feels much, much worse.

It is an evil hour for our Country.

I'm in.

I'm in for a modified fast for today -- can't do it any longer because I'm breastfeeding a ver hundry baby. No meat and no dairy for the rest of the day, and no food except at meals.

God protect Terri! Thy will be done.
