From looking at the website, CatholicArtists.org looks to be a fine example of lighting a candle rather than cursing the darkness. God bless their efforts to educate Catholics on the central role of beauty in our faith.

I for one, though, can't resist taking a swipe at the darkness. It's a happy irony that the group meets at the hideous JP2 Cultural Center. Hope for the future, lit in the midst of the walls of a postconciliar architectural disaster!
