Looking for a document

"A Pastoral Letter on Consultation in the Parish" by Most Rev. John Keating, Bishop of Arlington, Virginia, 1984.

I've search the net for this document by the late Bishop of Arlington but have been unable to find it. Perchance an Arlingtonian, priest or layman, might know where I can find it?

Sal, I have been able to find it referenced by a few parishes here in the Arlington area, but no luck on the document. Have you perchance tried giving the Arlington Chancery a call?

Someone was good enough to provide me with a source for the document. Thanks for your help!

The document is still available from the diocesan Office of Communications. If you call the chancery directly, the lady who answers will inform you that you must write a letter to their office formally asking for one. (No kidding, she actually said that to me.) But if you simply call the communications office, they'll sell you as many as you need, I think they're just a dollar or two apiece. It's not online, nor available as a PDF, so far as I know. But it oughta be. It should be required reading for all the twits who run VOTF, so they actually end up knowing what they're talking about.
