Actually, I would be #557. But I'd sign the thing.

Yes, RC, I signed on with holy fervor.

Finally, an article that addresses the mandatory celibacy issue exactly right, respectfully and narrowly drawn so that it's clear that mandatory celibacy is a discipline of each particular rite.

The Catholic Church has plenty of married priests in the other rites and always has. The longstanding policy of variety should be maintained and those who feel called to the priesthood but not celibacy should be directed to one of those other rites.

What? Who?
