While on the run, Hussein ran out of "Just for Men"
From the picture, it looks like he still had plenty of "Just For Men" hair dye, but didn't have any beard dye.

I honestly thought he was living in luxury in France, probably Paris.
Apparently he was so arrogant he didn't go to Syria with the WMDs just before the land invasion, and then flee to safe haven in France.
