WOO-HOO ! I can read Catholic Light from the computer lab in the seminary!
No swirlies here, John, they are expressly forbidden in the code of conduct.
Someone please send:
-Those adhesive hooks I can use to hang things
-Liturgy of the Hours in Latin PACKED IN A PLAIN BROWN BOX WITH NO INDICTION THAT IT CONTAINS THE LOH IN LATIN.
-Cheap cigars
-A small thermos I can keep a daily ration of coffee in. The coffee cups here are doll house sized.
Schultz! We have discovered your secret den of e-iniquity! Any packages containing Latin will be destroyed by our Latin-sniffing dogs. Resistance is futile. You will be assimilated.
(If anyone would like to buy Steve the LOH in Latin, try vaticanbookstore.com ...but We Know Who You Are.)
Shouldn't we set up a sort of bridal registry to coordinate these things? We don't want Steve to be inundated with multiple shipments of adhesive cigars, etc. As for the LOH, don't worry: we'll put it in a Paulist Press box and no one will ever know.
Alicia, I think those groups are generally organized through each individual Diocese. I know Arlington has the St. Teresa Vocations Society that allows you to support each seminarian in daily prayer.
The KOC supports seminarians in many ways as well.

Just don't put it in a TAN box! That will get screened in ways more complicated that airport security.
This is semi-serious - but is there an organized "send a care package to a seminarian" group? And if so, how do I contact them? If not, why not?

I think a subscription to Latin Mass Magazine sent to Steve in care of Msgr. Burbidge might be nice gift.
