Here in the USA, I'd rather have those limitations between 6:00 and 8:00 a.m. Many people, including me, have the tube on to catch the day's news, weather, and sports scores from the night before. (Plus, my stomach can't tolerate as much in the morning.) At dinnertime in the evening, Sal is right on. Turn off the TV!
