I just got a Dr. Watson error that was generated by drwtsn.exe. That is a very bad sign.

I've seen that program in Windows for years and never used it or seen it do anything. I thought it was some behind-the-scenes file repair thing. I've seen errors of every kind, or so I thought, but never that one. Keep us informed on what it might be.

sad thing on my pc at work... I get the errors alot. Mostly when Word crashes or some other major program.

Dr Watson is a Windows diag program that generates logfiles after a crash, including core dumps. A Dr Watson error does not mean that Dr Watson is the problem - it means that something else has gone wrong.
