Whether it does or doesn’t “seem” to be Catholic depends, I suppose, on how familiar one is with recently-built Catholic churches.
Sadly, having some such familiarity, I suspect it is Catholic. But I hope I’m wrong.

This is on the campus of Davis and Elkins College in Elkins, WV. It’s a private liberal-arts place affiliated with the Presbyterian-USA church.
I live in northern Virginia; don’t tell me about ugly Catholic churches. I am most encouraged by the new building in our diocese, though. Check out this church and this one. Look at the renderings and elevations. These are going to be gems.

I must be of limited intelligence, since it never occurred to me to build a church to look like a giant collapsed tent.

It is a lovely buidling. The blossoms are quite nice. As long as it isn’t a Catholic Church whoever owns it is welcome to it–but it looks like a nice library/social hall kind of place.

I’m thinking of a first annual st. blogs ugly picture of a church contest. I’ve got a digital cam and know of some doosies.
I’m suprised no one figured out where the design came from; doesn’t anybody remember First Spaceship On Venus?
It does look like something straight out of Ray Bradbury’s The Martian Chronicles. =)
Needs a propeller on top, in my opinion. ;)
Inside’s kind of interesting though. Looks like a marshmallow’s view of an electric stove just before the fire starts.
