Via Victor: the worst rendition of “O Holy Night” you’ve ever heard. Far worse than Cher’s. I think the Army is gonna use this as a sonic crowd-control weapon: y’know, the sort of horrendous sound that turns strong men’s viscera to water.
I gotta dig around and see if I can get a Leona Anderson album somewhere.

Someone had linked to a rendition on their blog, and it was one white woman in a completely black church. Very “gospel-y”. But I have a real problem with some of these performers who can turn the word “night” into 17 syllables.
Give me Enrico Caruso any day :)
Is this for real? Whoever recorded this rendition should not I repeat should not quit his day job.
Oh Poor Night
Sometimes there is music so bad you just MUST listen to it. Justin just sent me such a piece. He found Terrible Singer of O Holy Night courtesy of the Catholic Light blogpost Music so bad, it’s — no, it’s just bad.
I must say̷…
That would be Via Other Victor.
I would most certainly have sent you this rendition by Eric Cartman, with guest performer Kyle Broflovksi, cattle prod at hand, as provided by Mr. Garrison to let Kyle remind Eric every time he gets the words wrong. A holiday classic!
Simply aweful
