Why some people like to eat nearly raw meat is something I will never understand. I like my beef charred, thank you very much.

How do you think I keep this fantastic figure unless I had a tapeworm?
We have tartar every Tuesday evening and have yet to suffer any ill effects.
We’ll outlive those folks who burn their steaks, creating crazy carcinogenic chains to foul up their systems, I’ll bet.
I find it incredible that anyone who likes their beef (i.e. roast or steak) well done likes beef at all. Anything over medium-rare and you’re chewing shoe-leather, rather than enjoying a succulent and juicy slab of delight.
