Fox starts division to boost religious movies

They're starting with Esther, but I'm really looking forward to a cinematic treatment of the book of Judith.

Judith would be cool, but Tobit would be awesome. Just as long as Tobit is not a two-bit production

Well, Judith would have to be played by a great femme fatale or film noir actress (Barbara Stanwyck, thou shouldest be living at this hour).

While I am very fond of both Judith and Tobit, both books are Deuterocanonical. I don't think Hollywood is going to go for books that are missing from most Protestant Bibles - particularly if they are trying to get Evangelical market share.

I'd like to see a movie based on Leviticus.
