It doesn’t sound like the state senate will consider it. I pray that senate president, James King, reconsiders. I’ve already sent him an e-mail. Hopefully, his office is flooded with e-mails and phone calls.
Since King is on the hospice board and gets money from them, I imagine he knows which side his bread is buttered on, so he will stand firm in defense of murder. Now, if he didn’t make it to the session for some reason, . . . like a flat tire, or being “accidentally” trapped in an elevator or something, I suppose they would just have to go on without him.
May Our King convict the heart of Jimmy King in Florida.
Terri’s Bill?
I’ve read about the bill being presented in the Florida legislature (link via Catholic Light) to try to “stay” Terri Schiavo’s execution. While I admire Governor Bush’s attempt to do something, I don’t think this will (if it does pass)…
Amen!
woo hoo!

Mark’s heard from Pete: Mr. King relented! God bless him.
